Give us a call and most likely one of our master technicians will be happy to come to you. Something small like a door ding we can to you for the repair. That makes things much easier with our busy lives these days.

Very Minor Collision

I say minor collision very lightly. If you have a small dented area or some paint transfer from a minor accident we may be able to repair it much easier and quicker than having it painted at a body shop. Just give us a call and we can let you know if its something we can do paintless or if you will need abody shop. Its very important to do everything you can to keep that factory finish!

What will a hail claim do to my insurance rates?

Most likely nothing. Nothing at all will happen to your rates individually. A hail claim is considered an act of god and falls on the comprehensive side of your policy. The only way they can raise your rates is if they raise the rates in your entire region. This doesn't usually happen because of a hail storm. And, if it did, your rates would go up whether you filed a claim or not. Don't be afraid to file a claim for hail damage. You already pay so much in. It never hurts to get some back.

Can The Dents Come Back?

No. This question is asked alot. The process we use in removing your dents is a permanent repair. We are actually reshaping the metal skin back to its original shape. Its very slow and tedious. We massage the bottom side of the dent and slowly push it back up flat. The only way that dent could come back is if it were hit again in the same spot.

How Long Does The Repair Usually Take?

It really all depends on the damage to your vehicle. Typically a complete hail repair takes 1 to 2 days. The actual PDR part takes 1 to 2 days. Most times we have to wait a few days for your insurance company to send a rep out to verify the damage and what we are charging to complete the repair. With this in mind, its generally around 5 to 7 days from drop off to delivery. As long as your car is in our possession we will make sure its taken care of.

Can You Repair Dents Not From Hail Damage?

Yes we can. Door dings and minor dents are half of our business. The dents cant have a crease or cracked paint. They cant be too big or too sharp. There are alot of dents we can repair. The only way to know for sure is to give us a call and allow one of our techs to take a look. Most of the time it will be a same day repair.
